Therapy Services
-
We offer supportive sessions for those experiencing anxiety or depression, adjusting during a life transition, healing from losses, or brushing up on relationship maintenance. Our collaborative approach honors your unique experiences and focuses on your identified goals. Our therapy process aims to gently shift dysfunctional patterns that no longer serve you, help you identify healthier strategies for coping, and encourage the exploration and expression of your full range of emotions. This work often creates space for a more authentic and connected sense of self and fulfilling circumstances within relationships.
-
Somatic Experiencing® (SE) is a body-oriented approach to assist in the healing of trauma, shock, and other stress-related disorders. Trauma can cause us to feel stuck in patterns that can create feelings of disconnection from self and others. Trauma healing can help us release, recover, and become more resilient.

Therapeutic needs during the child-raising years are specific to each individual and relationship. While these years are especially eventful and exciting, they are also extremely difficult. Wherever you are in your perinatal, fostering, or adoption stages, we are here to offer you support. We are passionate about identifying unique needs for each family and exploring ways you can achieve emotional health and wellness.
-
We offer in-person sessions and telehealth sessions through a secure platform. Counseling sessions are 50-60 minutes.
Cost per session is $190. We accept HSA and FSA. We also provide a superbill each month if you want to submit to insurance to access your out of network benefits.
Sessions in The Green Room offer a sense of calm and a quiet space for you to sort through your experiences. We encourage a deeper awareness of yourself and your fulfillment in life.
Commitment to Inclusion
We strive to create a welcoming and supportive therapeutic space where one’s intersecting identities are both respected and celebrated.
We are committed to continued efforts to create safety within our practice for individuals of all race, ethnicities, sexual orientations, and gender identities. We acknowledge our own imperfections, implicit bias, and cultural blind spots, and will continue to actively seek out education and experience to grow as individuals and clinicians.
