Hi, I’m Rachel.

You may be carrying more than you can keep holding—burnout, anxiety, overwhelm, or a sense that you’re running on empty. Maybe life has shifted too fast, and you’re trying to find your footing again.

In therapy, we slow things down and gently get curious about what you’ve been carrying—both emotionally and in your body. Over time, patterns begin to come into view with more ease and less judgment, creating space for something steadier and more connected to emerge.

You don’t have to do this alone.

My Approach

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner. My work is grounded in somatic and nervous system approaches.

I integrate EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, Safe and Sound Protocol, DBT, and parts work, in a way that is responsive to each person’s needs, capacity, and pace. Over time, this work can increase resiliency and support a greater sense of well-being.

I also hold certifications through Postpartum Support International (PSI), The Art of Holding, and Training for Adoption Competency, and offer support for parents and families navigating transition, attachment, and identity shifts.

Who I work with

People seeking to move out of survival-driven patterns and into a more compassionate, sustainable relationship with themselves and those around them.

Musicians, artists, creatives, athletes, and entrepreneurs navigating performance pressure, creative blocks, career demands, or questions of identity, often alongside the internal toll of perfectionism, visibility, and high standards.

Individuals working with trauma, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and major life transitions, often in the context of long-standing patterns of self-reliance and difficulty receiving support.

Parents in complex seasons of caregiving, family dynamics, and attachment or developmental concerns, when clarity and support feel especially needed.
