Quite simply, I care about people’s stories.

Each client broadens my knowledge by allowing me to hear their unique perspectives on relationships, family, health, downfalls, achievements, and expectations. I am grateful to be in such a privileged position, and I work hard to create therapeutic relationships that lead to client fulfillment and wellness.

I'm passionate about helping people sort through their traumatic histories, couples who want to communicate and connect, perinatal mothers and couples looking for support in a wild season, and anyone navigating a major life transition. I hope to provide clients with every opportunity to reflect, restore, and grow deeper in their understanding of self.

I completed my Master’s in Counseling at UMKC in 2016. I am licensed as a Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Kansas. I also complete training to become a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP) in 2025.

I look forward to working with you!
